Fund me Part 1

Hello peepies! Im back! ;) Back from a short short break in... Singapore! oh yea, I havent got chance to leave singapore, yet. Anyway, the opening blogshop urge is aggravating and doubling, tripling every week! So, I shall have my small little first step set up soon! And that will be selling my own clothes, which I dont usually wear, doesnt suit me (not my cup of tea and coffee la) and I cant fricking fit in (means too fat already :< ). Shd be posting that on livejournal! and a few sneak peaks here.

oh yes, livejournal. speaking of that devil blog domain. I really cant survive in livejournal for nuts. Zero skills in that. Its not that I have no experience in using livejournal, I have tried opening an account there, once. But, failed. Terribly. Totally have no idea to manoveure (shizz this word looks really wrong, but heh, its not GP or English exam anyways :P) the theme, css and what, settings.

And and and, livejournal is really good in compiling the collections and series, thats why livejournal ownedzxzx blogger many many.

Okay, shall snuggle back to stupid livejournal and figuring out how the hell do I use that. Till I scratch my hair, thinking deep deep, until it turns bald. bye.

One step at a time

A lot of things shooting through my mind now. Wait, Ill need collect my thoughts... Im so going to make fondant durian cake tmr! Or at least anyday near! hhaha Was thinking it through yesterday midnight on which cover should I use for durian cake, fondant? Cream cheese icing? durian cream icing? Actually, Durian cream icing will be more apt for this case, BUT it happens that I do not own a electric mixer. And without that, it will be hard for me to beat the whipping cream into 50% stiff or mousse-like state... sian 1/2. And thats when, investing in baking comes into place.

Once, my friend asked me, "why do you rather spend on baking than to spend on buying the food?!" I answered, "its the satisfaction."

Yeap, the baking final product might not turn out nice, or nicer than sold outside. And of course, at a higher cost. Now, Im somewhat shook by the reality-quake that baking as leisure aint cheap. No doubt, its much much much cheaper than golf or sailing. Rich man activities yea. Aye, whatever it is, shall bake tmr, and we shall see if Ill continue :)

Im in love with a few apparels sold online :/ arghhhh. One workdress for 17 and a Blazer for 26. Blazer will not be keeping me warm though, its the design thats cool :P

Its really hard to find a job nowadays. Sighhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh bid shopping and splurging life goodbye. Think that Im mad, lazy, just doesnt want to go out with friends for dinner or movies lately. Homecooked food is the cheapest and warmest. And, movie is a waste of money. So are DVDs, CDs. Not to mention, Baking.

Busy beeeeeezy

Many many things on hand right now :) Applying and going for job interviews! I just have to have this kinda urge and rush to apply for jobs! If not, the vicious cycle will not stop and continues to aggravate. In 'want' (not a need) of money to fund my personally-think-that-it-is-not-too-luxurious lifestyle. I dont go for spa, neither do I go for manicures/pedicures (I have long nails okay!) nor do I go for shopping SPREE like weekly.

On a random note, am listening to some channel 8 duet singing competition. The 2 groups SUCK! But... the word, SUCK doesnt really do one of the group justice. Their harmonising wasnt too bad, just that some parts are really extra and the focus is just wrong. Okay, omg. That not too bad duet, one of the guys is a MALAY!

Back to attending yoga classes. Actually, yaatra yoga isnt as bad as I thought. Their classes are really small at 5 students. One evident reason is that, the rooms are small. One thing that i dont like, is their 2days in advance cancellation. I mean, within the 2 days a lot can happen right! Eg: you can fall sick one day before the lesson! Aside this, Id say that, they are good. And, Id prefer practising hot yoga :) that detox feel :)

Finally, settled with the appointment with the vocals class.

A few days ago, I was still busying with our June Project. Now that its over, time to get back to the school's exhibition and districts! :}

I show you how fickleminded I am. Yesterday, I was all so determined to get myself prep up for harsh running routine, which I said to start today with a 1km track. Today, I felt sian and rot at home instead. Someone please knock some sense into me. Sometimes, I got so sian of my fickle-mindedness.

On a more lighthearted note, I've bought 2 coupons from Groupon.sg thats a really cool website. There are deals website like deal.com, tip-it.com.sg do visit if youre free. Great deals, i'll say. Even better than Singapore's GSS in shopping malls. And so yea, I bought 2 coupons for singing class and 2 other coupons for slimming treatment! :D Cant wait for those! and oh ya! the currently put-on-hold 4 yoga lessons with liyu and yokefong.

My right hand nails are growing really REALLY long already. Despite the fact that I cut them like a few weeks ago? They are growing way too fast. well, as compared to my left hand nails. They are short like #^$@&%#! Please do not think me as a weirdo who keeps nails long on right hand and short on the other. Im a guitarist. Thankyou. I play classical guitar, involves plucking using nails NOT PICK.

Blogshopped just now. Surfing all the sales available. Turn out to be of no avail. Seriously, clothes on sales are either still quite pricey or really cheap but super ugly. Eyed on an apparel sold on a flea blog selling at 12SGD new. and it costs 25SGD on the actualy blogshop. OMG. 50%discount!

Aside this, Ive really got to set my holidays to clear list right!

1. 3 lessons in True Yoga to be done by mid July, after 20th June.

2. 1 Vocals lesson in Ocean Butterflies to be done during July when my sister's having hols!

3. 4 lessons in Yaatra Movement (Yoga) to be done by mid July, after 20 June.

4. 4 Slimming Treatment at SuddenlySlender with momsie. To be done by end Jul, after20 June!

5. Read on my buddhist exam materials! clear all by 17June!!!!!!!!!!

6. Start on my fricking guitar practice on grade 3-5.

7. BAKING! Get my hands on fondant cake!!

8. To upload pictures from cam to fb. Im lazy. Whats new?

There will be 8 Days (thats a SG magazine) Celeb Car Boot Sale at marina square outdoor plaza on 11th and 12th June, sat and sun that is. From 12pm to 8pm. Funds raised are donated to rainbow charity something, needa check that out alright.

Felt horrible yesterday night and am still feeling horrible right now. The reality just slaps you in your face, telling you "hey! stop being such an arse and you are a grown up for goodness sake!". Im sure reality doesnt just slap me once. Multiple times at one go, imagine that. hah. by the way, i can say "Imagine" in taylor swift tone :) love the way she says that anyway. haha

what if, what if. Im saying what if... what if there comes one day when girls simply rant on their twitter or blogs about them yearning for their type of guys... Then, theres this guy flies to your window. yes, i used the word 'flies' like some superman/spiderman/girlsman. He will say "all that you need, is ME!" in a very describing tone that shouts, HIM! (ergh, thats so ris low.)

Girls, if you want a tall, hansum, muscular, good character, sensitive, responsible, respectful, faithful guy...

I tell you, you can just go configure one robot all in one. thks. THIS GUY DOES NOT EXIST. LIKE A PLEASE. Even if he exists, chances that you meet him is low, chances that you date him is even lower, chances that you 2 are married happily ever after are ULTIMATE IMPOSSIBLE. Thats cos, fairytales happily ever after, doesnt even stay valid in the first place!

Stupid, bimbotic girls are such a turnoff. and yes, sometimes, okay most of the times, i do act like one of them. hate me.

Cowardice

Its been few weeks past my examination. Almost. Almost a month. thinking back to where before I had my papers, I was so compassionate about continuing my guitar and perhaps going for guitar exams, to read up more gakkai books and most importantly the gakkai exams that is coming up next. and yes, baking and signing up for driving lessons.

All that I can say is, Im lazy. Lazy to find work, lazy to even go out, lazy to sign up for driving. How pathetic am I. Really.

Maybe, just maybe, Im not that pathetic because I had my baking 'wish' fulfilled. And money wasted. I wasnt even sure if "it is the process, not so much of the final product. If not, I could have bought the final product outside right. much cheaper and save the hussle." has become my excuse of baking lousy food, in my opinion. Even though, my family thought that those were fairly well done. you know, family. You couldnt be sure if they are comforting you or... But nonetheless, praises by them somehow liften up my spirits.

Anyway, I still have the rest of June, July, August to go for Yoga lessons, making a point to practise guitar. Found a friend to sign up for driving together! Good or what? haha Ill most prob continue to bake, just that my baking frequencies might not be as tight as previous tries. Really hoped that the recipes Ive provided, some experience and the photos do help people new in baking. Im a newbie anyway. hahah Ive search youtube videos, blog and website hopping just to find reliable recipes yea?

As for work, this is really a conflicting issue. Based on what I have now, for future prospect, I should be working part time in various departments to gain many experience and skills. Like jack of all traits. But now, it seemed that Im only going into one aspect, guitar. And becoming master of one. Just had this ominous feeling that, if I continue with my current job, it may not bring me far :( But, my current job pays me REALLY well and job hours are super good, super flexible. Didnt want to give this up for some 9-5 job, working in robot environment... To make things worse, I lacked the courage to go for trainings and job interviews. Seriously, elaine.

Thats about it. prolly the first time for me to rant so much about what ive been thinking through openly on blog ever since I started my uni. lol

stale and stagnant

Should have taken some photos at NEX yesterday. So yeap, went out with the usual clique, gladys and lao min(she's gonna hit me for this!) to NEX jalan jalan around and KTV session! Anyway, there is an offer going on in Party World KTV. For their members/students/senior citizens, monday to friday, between 11am to 7pm, 2hours for SGD6.80++ and 4hrs for SGD8.80++

Had the 2hour session, and it costs us like 8bucks. Overall, I think its still okay. Party World KTV will be so much attractive if they continue with this offer hahah, because the strongest incumbent KBOX has the 8bucks nett promotion on EVERY MONDAY ONLY, 3hours duration. Do your comparison.

We exceeded 10mins in the room even though our session is over and even when the screen blanked out into their default page.

Before that we had our lunch in Carls Junior, believe me, its my first trip in that restaurant. Honest. Because everything over there is so large in size (the amount of food that is), and little bit things are in freeflow! and everything's SO EXPENSIVE! and yes, that being pricey is the reason why I wouldnt want to even step into that high-end fast food restaurant alone. Period.

Consumed their

beef chilli cheese fries

and it OMGLY TASTED HEAVENLY AND SO OMG-NESS DIFFERENT FROM MACS AND KFC! MAMAMIA! Their fries tasted like REAL POTATO,

and less of chemicals and salt. But I wouldnt say that their beef sauce tasted sooooo gooood. The appraisals by my friends bout their beef sauce, i think, is definitely over-rated. it was just an Okay.

Carls Junior's fries being better than the normal fastfood restaurants we usually had our meals in, is like the same as Popeye's Chicken being better than KFC's Mr Kentucky.

This week gonna be real happening! :) Especially looking forward to Friday, shop at Bugis and Haji Lane and steamboat! Elaine, you HAVE use the camera that you've brought along! I NEED TO STOP BEING LAZY TO EVEN TAKE OUT THE CAMERA AND START SNAPPING ALL AROUND!
